politically, their a liability to us because of how they came to exist, and its one of the top reasons arabs hate us.
on the other hand though, they also are the only semi democratic state in the whole region.
we should just give a few billion to them, a few billion to the palestinians, let them blow each other up and leave the rest of us the heck alone.
